Angel and other online employees were very informative and helpful.
Working with **** was great. I advised him of my hearing disability and lack of technical skills. He was very helpful in his explanations and was very understanding when I asked him to repeat some information. The process went extraordinarily smooth. I have a comprehensive knowledge of the system and the ability to easily contact customer service if necessary.
We just ordered the system so I can't comment on it yet, but the salesman *** was excellent. Very well-informed, he helped us to easily make our decision to choose MobileHelp.

I only just ordered the system but the process was quick and easy. I checked with another well known name brand and it was very high pressure and even used guilt to pressure me. Mobile Help allowed to choose only the equipment I felt was necessary and I worked with a kind and knowledgeable representative. My experience so far gives me every confidence for the service they will provide.
