Scott was helpful in providing information regarding the MobileHelp services. The detail explanation of how the plan works gave my mother assurance she will have 24/7 assistance when needed in case of a fall. My family feels comfortable knowing mom will have the protection she need when traveling or just doing her daily routines around the house. Mom is looking forward to having MobileHelp services available when needed.
MobileHelp has excellent products and they are far better than another company's product that I have been using for the last 7 months. The **************** is Outstanding also. My agent very patiently and thoroughly answered my very long list of questions, and I am now sure that I will feel much safer with my "necklace" keeping me company throughout both my day and night.
