I was assigned a representative almost immediately. He was extremely helpful, patient & courteous.What really impressed me was the fact that I told him I had to think about it and get back to him on Friday or Monday.Surprisingly, instead of getting the last-ditch hard sell he understood my budget concerns and did not push me to sign up immediately.That alone made me feel comfortable and trusting so I bought the system then.

This company has been very helpful over the years we have had my parents' system, my mother's ongoing, and now mine starting. They always answer questions clearly, and explain well. Any changes were quickly made to accomodate changing needs, and were always pleasant. My folks ..never thought they would really need it, but it gave peace of mind to them & all of their kids.
