They are the best! Not pushy, no fancy gimmicks, just general patience and understanding. They (********) made it a point to carefully answer all my concerns and questions, and she showed compassion for my elderly parents. I felt so satisfied with everything I heard/learned that I purchased a plan (affordable) for both of my parents. The 13-month rate was fantastic. I highly recommend them over the other medical alert system companies.
