Best customer service I have had in many years from anyone. Professional, so very helpful, answered all my questions, no pressure, explained everything thoroughly, just great overall.I havent received my system yet, but when I do, Ill be back to leave another review or to update this one.
Had a good experience with the sales rep, Rick, but he spelled a name wrong and when I called back to get it changed I was on hold for 10 minutes. Rick was not available but the gentleman that answered was able to change the spelling of the name but I had to be transferred to customer service for them to send another email with the e-signature and have been on hold for another 20 minutes. Not cool!
