Im 75 years old and live alone. In the past year I have fallen several times. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and take a number of medications. I decided it was time I purchased a medical alert system and decided on Mobile Alert. The representative was very helpful and answered all my questions.
***** was fantastic and I think she needs a raise. It's so rare now to get customer service **** that aren't pushy, rude or just all around uncomfortable to deal with. She is a gem and I hope the company recognizes her. The service itself is highly rated online, especially with US News and World Report so that's why we called.
