MobileHelp rep ***** was very patient with staying with me during a long frustrating issue with bank blocking my debit card transaction because they thought it was suspicious. **** rep told me they unblocked the account but it stayed blocked so I had to use a credit card instead. Resolution took almost an hour and ***** stayed with me the entire time!
