They called me back at my convenience for my decision. **** was very kind and knowledgeable. I liked that they have four call centers 24/7 all located in *****************. Waiting for my system!

I talked with Lisa - very friendly and informative. I was looking for a emergency call system for my brother. I told her what I was looking for and she explained everything to me and then we did a three way call to explain everything to my brother. I had MobileHelp once before for my Husband and when he passed away decided to return it but since then have taken a few tumbles here and home and had a not-so-great reaction to a new medication and thought it a good idea to revisit this great service. I served us well for my husband several times an was well worth the money. So, looking forward to having the security this system will provide me now. Easy to order and the folks are very informative and friendly.

Initially I was very annoyed with the number of contacts I was bombared with by phone and emails from your business whileI was comparing the differences from the four businesses which had contacted me, I suggest you ******* your (desperate appearing) approach to get new customers.I went with ******** due to your agent, ******. He iknows the product and was able to answer my questions.. It would be nice to have a smaller 'pendant or a clip on model available.*************************
