The process of ordering this equipment was easy. Had a lot of great features other systems do not have. Very professional sales associate & very clear directions on how to use & set up!

I had several questions for him and they were all answered with clarity, patience and with sincere understanding of what is needed for her at this time. I would highly recommend this company based on the fact that a senior citizen doesn't need the internet, smartphone or "special" landline to make this product work, afterall, not all seniors have these items.
