Once I researched the top Emergency/Medical Response companies, I selected Mobile Help. The representative I talked with was great at answering all my questions and steering me to a plan that fit my budget and needs. Although I haven't used the system yet, I'm confident it will work well.
The process of ordering this equipment was easy. Had a lot of great features other systems do not have. Very professional sales associate & very clear directions on how to use & set up!

I would highly recommend this company based on the fact that a senior citizen doesn't need the internet, smartphone or "special" landline to make this product work, afterall, not all seniors have these items.
