After cancelling 4 months into a paid in full 6 month subscription, they refused to issue any kind of refund.
I have just purchased the system and should be receiving it within two days. I worked with the representative. Matthew was very informative and very nice, very professional and clarified any questions that I needed clarified. So this review is just on the customer service that I received from Matthew.
I spoke with Farris twice about the Micro system, and he was thorough, patient, and very helpful both with information and then getting the system. MobileHelp is off to a good start with us.

The ordering process was very easy. Elan answered all our questions and concerns. We never felt pressured to make the purchase. It took a couple of weeks before we actually called them back and I only received one follow up call from them. We had researched other companies, but liked the all in one device ****************** offered. Product arrives tomorrow, so well do a follow up review in the weeks to come.
