I talked to Tom, Patrick and Aaron all 3 were very helpful. Without pressure to purchase. They all took the time to hear my concerns. And addressed them. When we had the information we were able to make the purchase. That not only worked but also over came the objections of my father. He’s afraid of losing his independence. With theses 3 guys I am very pleased with all their service. It was refreshing to not be pressured.

Lisa was so kind and patient with me. She explained everything about the device. She answered all my questions and somethings I had not even thought about. I am so excited to get this device and get the help I might need if I do have any problems. I know my family will be relieved also.I will post more after I receive my device and try it out.

If the system performs as presented during explanation to me, I will feel much safer and at ease using this product. I now live alone and so many of my friends have fallen or suffered a stroke at home, and the consequences have been grave. I will now rest easier. The rep was most helpful and pleasant and very patient with all of my questions. It was a very professional experience and I feel I would recommend your product to others :)

Very helpful, friendly, informative staff. I was able to get all of my questions answered in one phone call. My mother lives by herself in a different town from all of her children. I was able to select the certain services we wanted that fit my mother's needs and us kids' peace of mind. Great price that does not require a lengthy contract. The device is lightweight, so it does not bother my mother to wear it around her neck. The key box fit on her doorknob without any difficulty. Arrival of the emergency device was prompt. Personnel are very patient with questions and very good with explanations. Good value for $$. Website could be a bit more clear and easy to use. Good with communication. Like the 'wellness check' feature. They also helped me get the right device for my situation. I was going to order a different device. Really like the 'ping' location on map feature for my family use. The Fall detection feature is nice.
