Just signed up for this service for my mother. She lives 1500 miles from me and I have been constantly worried about falls and how to get help to her. This will bring tremendous peace of mind. The customer service rep that I worked with was awesome, very helpful. I look forward to delivery of the unit(s) and knowing that another level of safety has been put in place for my mom.

Just purchased the classic mobilehelp for my mother. Was easy to set up and teach my mom how to use all the items. We did our tests with the fall detection option and it worked perfect. We know this will be great for my mom and she already feels more secure with it. Your customer service has been outstanding and everyone has been great to work with! Kudos to all the Mobilehelp team members.
