This bank is out to screw you over. I closed an account there over 3 years ago. Apparently they never closed it and I am now -$297 in dormant fees! They are charging me for not keeping the account active when I had told them to close it. They were charging me to take and deposit money in my own account which is why I went to close it in the first place. The manager was very rude and not helpful when asking why this wasn’t taken care of 3 years ago. RUN WHILE YOU STILL HAVE MONEY TO YOUR NAME!
I love to do my business here. Kelly W. is a great loan officer and the cashiers are always nice and ready to help....even when I lock my online account every week lol.
Longtime member. Many transactions with tellers and representatives in the cubicles for various activities over the years. Always friendly and efficient to me and my Mother(RIP)
