I have had nothing but positive experiences at MCU. I first joined last August when Kimberly Dollens assisted me with an auto loan. Within a couple of months I opened checking accounts, and also refinanced my home with the help of Katherine Roberts. Kim again assisted me when I obtained a HELOC to help close my refinance. I've had my checking account with MCU since 1992. They've always been extremely helpful with any issues that have come up. I specifically want to give a shout out to Jessie Aversman and Travis Doeroff who are the branch managers at locations in Columbia and Jefferson City. I lost my checkbook and they made it incredibly easy to close my account and open a new one and get everything transferred over. It literally took less than one day to get everything done! Love MCU!

Tessa is our go to person with all our needs! My husband says she is his 2nd wife and she never tells him NO! Always enjoy working with Tessa, she has helped a lot of our friends and family as well!!
