RecommendedI've had my checking account with MCU since 1992. They've always been extremely helpful with any issues that have come up. I specifically want to give a shout out to Jessie Aversman and Travis Doeroff who are the branch managers at locations in Columbia and Jefferson City. I lost my checkbook and they made it incredibly easy to close my account and open a new one and get everything transferred over. It literally took less than one day to get everything done! Love MCU!

Customer Service is lacking!!! Edit: 1/31/2020 Customer service is still very poor and obviously lacking. You can speak to one person that seems helpful, then 2 days later be told something completely different. The attitude is NOT appreciated and MINE can be much worse... moving all three accounts to decent bank that treats their customers better. I would recommend just closing the doors.
Tessa is our go to person with all our needs! My husband says she is his 2nd wife and she never tells him NO! Always enjoy working with Tessa, she has helped a lot of our friends and family as well!!

Very poor customer service... would never recommend them to anyone... as a matter of fact I would go out of my way to tell people not to do business with them.. that’s just how poorly I was treated as a customer...
They'll do anything to get you to take a loan but dont tell you everything about the loan your taking. We've been paying on our line of credit on, then all the sudden because our credit dropped they wont let us access the money in it. that was never talked about when we applied for the loan
