Horrible. Why would you cancel shared branch banking? Do you only care about yourselves? Waited in line for nothing.
I've been with MCU since 2011. I have never had a problem until they implemented their new "improvements". What happened to not being charged a monthly fee to have a checking account? I know, there are 3 different options 2 of which have "avoidable" fees. I'm sorry but it's absolutely ridiculous. I’d like to actually go into a bank and talk to someone not a video teller. There has been so many hidden fees it’s ridiculous. I as well don’t well don’t want to pay to bank with them, I don’t understand why all three checking accounts have fees. This bank was wonderful two years ago, but ever since they have been changing everything its super inconvenient and I don’t feel like my business with them matters.
I have been with Missouri Credit Union for years! I was discouraged when they no longer had a teller at the drive thru! Friday I went inside and wasn’t greeted by a smiling teller, instead it was more video tellers! I am looking into finding a new bank! When I go into a bank I want to see a teller not a machine! Not to mention the other changes! I think it is time to move on!
I transferred to MCU from Kilowatt and it was fine until today I question a transaction I shouldn’t be responsible for paying and one of the employees told me “You’re not listening” excuse me?? Is this how you talk to customers? I asked for her name again so I know who I talked to and she tried to avoid giving me her name until I insisted. I will not be doing business at any MCU locations.
I have been a member of Missouri Credit Union for nearing three years and have invited others to join as we have had positive experiences. Recently I have been disappointed with changes made that lead to me no longer feel as a valued member and will no longer be recommending this financial institution.

I just received notice on all the mandatory "improvements" being made to my accounts. I have two savings accounts, Ultra checking, home equity line of credit, and a mortgage with MCU and they want to "improve" my banking by charging me $6 per month! I pay $0 right now. Guess it's time to find a new bank or credit union.
I went to the smiley location today only to find out the friendly tellers have been replaced my a kiosk. as i am a suporter of jobs and people earning a living to support their familys dreams it is sad to say to the least that there are no tellers. if i did not have my vehicle loan thru this credit union. today would have been my last day banking with mcu. I am extremely disapointed. with mcu
