We've been with them for over 30 years, they have always been great to work with and responsive to our needs. When we've had problems they worked with us diligently to solve them.
They are not easy to work with. Very poor attitude towards customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And will definitely never be using them again!
clueless, rude tellers every time
I have been with them with the purchase of two cars and when we moved out of town they had no way to pay online, and it was a huge inconvenience. When they switch us to a new agent named Matt, he was rude, disrespectful and when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he blatantly told me “NO!” I plan to file a formal complaint today and get this handled. Horrible. Why would you cancel shared branch banking? Do you only care about yourselves? Waited in line for nothing.
I've been with MCU since 2011. I have never had a problem until they implemented their new "improvements". What happened to not being charged a monthly fee to have a checking account? I know, there are 3 different options 2 of which have "avoidable" fees. I'm sorry but it's absolutely ridiculous. I’d like to actually go into a bank and talk to someone not a video teller. There has been so many hidden fees it’s ridiculous. I as well don’t well don’t want to pay to bank with them, I don’t understand why all three checking accounts have fees. This bank was wonderful two years ago, but ever since they have been changing everything its super inconvenient and I don’t feel like my business with them matters.
