I have been a member of MCU for 10 years now and everyone there is super helpful and friendly! Especially Tessa, who has helped me on many occasions, most recently with getting pre-approved for a car loan (a process that I'm not at all familiar with). She's awesome!
I would give them a 0 but that’s not a option! This place is a total joke when it comes to auto loans! My husband and I are in process of refinancing our loans through somewhere else. I won’t be recommending Missouri Credit Union to anybody!
This week I had my third major problem with MCU. On the 1099-R tax form they used a code (T) that caused my Roth IRA disbursement to be counted an exception and as taxable income. This made a $1500 difference in our federal taxes alone! I got an amended form that correctly indicated it with the "Q" code, but it was for the wrong amount! The only good thing I can say is that they made the corrections the same day I reported them.
I will never do business with your company again. Ive had two loans with you never missed any payments, even paid off one early, and get treated like trash! I will be pushing others to never do business with you either! Horrible!
