doctor hill in the ER is a joke. Had a meeting with President and guess what no one has called us, like we requested. Nurses Brenda, Tiffani, & Rutha were EXCELLENT. Hospital was very clean. If you did not have great Nurses I would hate to think of the shape McDowell would be in for Emergency Care.
I have to say this is the absolutely most worst hospital ive ever been to in my life. They were great everyone was so friendly and helped in any way they could they had team work and was on it very prompt.i would recommend this hospital to everyone they take good care of u.and called me the next day to see if I was ok and if I needed anything.
The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. Everyone was super sweet and very helpful. We were in and out so quickly.
A poor excuse for a urgent care they need real Dr's instead of pa's
My son was born with a cleft palate and they knew that was a possibility since I had one myself. When he was born none of the nurses that we're in my room even checked his mouth until at least 45 mins and then when they did finally find it they didn't even have a bottle to feed him with so I had to wait for 4-5 hours while they had a special bottle curried down from mission. My doctor was amazing but that hospital really dropped the ball
My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at McDowell Hospital. The doctor and nurses in labor and delivery were great.
