This was one of the worst and most frustrating medical experiences I have ever had to deal with. After they triaged my daughter, we waited for hours without ever making it out of the waiting room. We were the only people there. We saw other people come in and were treated and released before we ever left the waiting room. We then put our very ill Child in the car and drove to Asheville after we were told by a PA that this hospital doesn't do a good job with kids and if it was his child, he would go to Asheville. Your hospital sucks. You don't care about people or their well being. I work with drug addicts who go there and get meds like its a candy store but when my wife goes there suffering for days from abdominal pain you write it off as a stomach bug. If it doesn't go away and it turns out to be something serious when we go to a real hospital like grace hospital I will be contacting a lawyer. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
The staff was wonderful! They were kind and caring.

Everyone in OR and recovery was amazing! Best doctor I could ever ask for.
The care my husband received on the 2nd floor was excellent. The staff were respectful, gentle and truly worked to help him get better...The only thing that bothered me was a worker in the ER had a large gem of some kind embedded in her hand above the wrist and it was red and raw looking. Other than that it was not a bad experience for my husband even tho he was ill...Keep up the 5 star treatment...
This is rediculous I have been sitting here for going on 4 hours now what is wrong with you people if a pregnant woman was going into labor would you even care!!?
