Thank you McDowell hospital for parking me in a wheel chair setting in the hallway in major pain for 4 hrs waiting on a room to just completely forget about me. Guess I had better be glad it wasn't life threatening!!!!! 5 hours before yall checked my vital signs after I reminded u

My doctor was great but when you wake up with your tooth broken that is NOT ok and no one knows who I need to talk to to have it fixed.

I had outpatient surgery yesterday and the only thing I saw wrong, as a former nurse is that my pre op nurse I didn't have a lot of contact with and I was very nervous. But Anesthesia addressed that quickly for me. I won't hesitate to have the other knee done there in a few months providing they still accept my insurance

Took my 9 year old son up on Saturday night. There was only 1 other person in the waiting room, Our wait time to get into triage was less than 10 mins. After triage the wait time was maybe 10 more minutes before we were took to a room. My son was scared to death ( he cut his foot and was gonna have to have stitches.) Everyone was very nice to him, and tried to be gentle with him, they knew he was scared.
