RecommendedWanted to say thank you to the ER staff working 8/30/20. you all rock!!! My mom was in a MVA and was evaluated and treated as if she was the only patient there. (The ER was packed ). That team worked like a fine tuned machine. May God bless each of you. Awesome job

Like everyone said all they are worried about is the money. I saw a man sitting in the waiting room for over four hours was complaining of stomach problems. Had a heart attack and died while waiting for help. My husband went in at midnight and laid in one of there rooms for four hours. Charged him over ten thousand dollars to check his blood pressure three times. He had to send me to find someone so he could go to the bathroom
Since I sent TWO registered letters about a billing error and have not been contacted by anyone I assume Mission Hospital thinks they can commit Medicare FRAUD! I will see what Medicare, SHIPP, The NC Department of Insurance, NC Attorney General Josh Stein and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations thinks about it! This place is now a money making business rather than a place genuinely interested in caring for people. It’s really sad how downhill it’s went ☹️
My mom has been her a lot since her stroke last week. That should have been caught a week and a half earlier when she came with same symptoms. AS IF that wasn’t enough we are back. She is weak and not feeling normal. They checked her BP when she came in 208/90. They came back 2 HOURS LATER to check it again. Her room is an ice box. She is in a psychiatric room where there is a freaking camera on her. No one has came in to check on her or tell us anything. My sister has been in the hospital all week. All the nurses and doctors have been great. If you have questions or concerns they truly try to answer and care.
The staff in the labor and delivery department are so great! I delivered back in February and I was in the hospital for 5 days, so we got to meet a lot of the nurses and all of them were absolutely amazing! The room was also super nice. It was a wonderful experience for us being here!
it takes forever to see a doctor in the ER. i sat there from 12:30 until 5:00 am. it was 4 befor i had gotten any relief for pain. then had to remove my iv myself so i could just go home. 15 mins after i was home yhe police came to check on me for leaving. They were on that forsure.
