I went in to have two recalls taken care of and then an oil change. Danny is the representative who received my truck. He was very personable, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. My truck was done soon r than I expected and things couldn't have taken place any better than they did.

Bought a used Chevy 2500 from Gallatin Ford. My buying experience was great. Fedy, my salesman, did an excellent job. Fedy communicated well, and was very kind and courteous. The sales and finance team were great. The whole Sales Team worked quickly to get the sale completed, and were able to quickly resolve a couple issues that popped up during the sale process.

Absolutely great. Danny was so courteous and punctual meeting us at the door and periodically checked in with us to see how my daughter and I were doing and if he could get us anything. I will bring my Ford back soon because my left signal light is sounding strange.Best dealership and service center I have found in all my years of owning a car.
