Danny Barker was my contact person. He was excellent with explaining everything and leaking me informed. He was very personable and we had a good conversation while he completed my paperwork about our favorite Thanksgiving dish. I left my Stanley in the waiting room and called the dealership and Danny brought out to my car once I arrived. He went above and beyond!

This dealership is under new ownership. There are not many people still there who worked under the precious ownership. Since most of the relationships established over the past 32 years are gone, it is definitely different.

The service took longer than I expected. After the service I started having issues with a tire air censor not functioning properly. The tire has adequate air but the censor for it keeps having an error.

Gallatin Ford worked me in for an oil change and diagnostics in a timely manner. Noah have a time frame to expect on how long I would expect to be there. He kept me updated on the progress and what was found that needed repair with total transparency. I will definitely be back again for routine maintenance and for factory spec repairs

I’m gonna start with why four stars and not five stars! Earlier this year I brought in a used ford f150 to the service dept to find out what the factory key pad entry code was on the vehicle ! I was given a price of 100$. Yes. 100$. I politely said 100$ ? And walked away. Needless to say anything else , I called the factory and they walked me through the process of finding the internal factory stored code for the truck. Yes.
