I took my car to Miracle Ford to get my oil changed. The workers were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who brought my husband and me home while they worked on my car was so friendly and polite. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our visit at Miracle Ford was pleasant. The only thing that upset me was the price for the oil change. The charge was really expensive. I think I will look for another place to change my oil.

Jessica was very polite and pleasant. I had an appointment for 9:15 a.m. for my oil change, and she greeted me promptly. She recommended a tire rotation as well, which I agreed. She was very nice. Not her fault, but the oil change took 1 hr. 45 minutes. I thought that was a quite long considering I had an appointment. It made my morning a bit more complicated with my job.

Miracle Ford was just awesome. My day started out with my car not starting. Had to jump start it, then went to run some errands and had to jump start it again. I called Miracle and they asked me to come as soon as I could get there and they would check it out. It ended up being the battery which was still under warranty. They got me taken care of and saved my day as I had grandkids that I needed to pick up at school. Could not have asked for better service!

I got a recall notice on my Explorer. Left the vehicle at the dealership, A nice gentleman plus another rider shuttled me home. When the repair was done, my car was returned to my home. Very nice, courteous folks.
