My first time there. I was very impressed with the drop-off and pickup procedure. They did a recall on my truck and it was done in a very short time even though I dropped it off. Jerquel was very friendly and thorough. I am a retired Ford tech and it’s awesome to see a dealership service dept run so professionally. Great job.
