I communicated mostly through test and email because of my work schedule, but once at the dealership things were ready and we were finished up quickly

We weren't sure of what we wanted initially put Patrick was very attentive and patient with us. The car wasn't currently on the lot that we wanted but he got back the dealership within 10 minutes. It a very calm buying process that we loved.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was so nervous, especially in this economy with a low budget. But Tammy was able to find me a great deal on an SUV and she was so fantastic thought the whole process. And now with recalls and anything else she has been so sweet and helpful!
