They were very good at listening to my issue. They communicated well but unfortunately not able to repair my rattling at this time. They thought it had been repaired but the noise has returned. I will drive it for a week or so to see if it is something I can live with. If not I will return to give them another chance to repair it.

Took my truck to have oil changed and fuel filter replaced. $610.00 and I have 0 confidence in the service. Fluids were not topped off. Back of the front seat when I picked it up was laying all the way back like someone had been sleeping in the truck. When I got home I got a notice that one of my rear tires were flat. Very difficult to get intouch with the service writer. On my invoice was declined services for brake fluid leaking and transmission fluid leaking. Neither are leaking and was not connected about it.
