From the start: I called to make an appointment, easy enough, but I had a question for the service writer. I was transferred to one and had to leave a message. No return call. Called again the next day and had to leave a message again. Chose not to. Day of appointment I received a call about picking up my truck for service which I gladly accepted. Took my vehicle here to have them take a look at it. According to the paperwork I received back. All they did was check the fluid level and ran a scan of the obd 2 port since there was active codes present. (Check engine light on). Then they made their recommendations. They gave me a price for the recommended work at a little over 4100 dollars. I declined for them to do the repair. I feel the car isn't worth that much. Long story short.
