Jessica Raymond with Service has solely kept me coming back for years! She genuinely cares and listens to the customer. She goes out of her way to help in anyway possible! Regarding the Dealership as a whole, I have completed all service work on or before schedule, since buying my Ford truck from previously "Miracle Ford", but now that owners and names have transferred to "Gallatin Ford", my Warranty is no longer accepted in any way, shape, or form.
