Good afternoon, the service was great! I did have to comfort my wallet, as it was crying after having to pay $216.00 for an oil change. It has recovered emotionally and doing well.
Jessica was very helpful and professional . She gets 5 stars from me in all areas

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional people who don’t waste your time. The service department is the best Ford Service department in all of Davidson, Sumner, and Wilson Counies.
The people at Gallatin Ford are very nice but the one gal in Service was just not as friendly as the others and I felt like she wanted my money more than trying to help me.

He was polite and professional. He did the walk around with care and advised me where the waiting area was located. He let me know that he would come and get me when the car was ready

Always great service! I have lived in 4 states since buying this truck at Miracle Ford. I drive back to Gallatin so that I do not have to deal with other dealerships service departments. This one is the best I have experienced by far. I have definitely noticed a difference since it is no longer Miracle Ford. They are a lot harder to reach on the phone now, but if I can get ahold of Jessica then I always get taken care of.
