We took our 2020 Explorer here for a faulty screen that's a known issue. This is after it was there about a year ago for the same problem that they said they fixed but didn't. They called my wife and told her the new screen wouldn't work with a battery that only charged to 59% so we paid $400 for a new battery. My daughter picked the car up and the screen still didn't work right. Now we are being told only the backup camera was replaced and the screen wasn't? This isn't the first issue I've had there. I bought a 2021 GMC at the beginning of the year. The sales experience was great, the truck came with life time power train warranty as long as I service the vehicle at the dealership. I also purchased the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. A couple of days ago I went in to have my truck serviced. They recommended oil change and tires rotated, so that's what I got.
