Told me they would fix recalls and they didn’t fix any! !! So I wasted a whole day for service
Gallatin Ford service department was very difficult to work with. They didn’t seem to take the time to look into our actual issue on our brand new car. The most frustrating part was how they treated my wife and completely dismissed her when she told them what she believed the issue to be. It took me calling the service department before they looked into the issue as she described.
Hour and 30 minutes Oil change. Must be brain surgery. Just happened to notice my cat parked in the lot. No notification from service staff. Then tried to charge me 100.00 . Verses the$49.00 special that I came in for! Sorry to say not much has changed..

Zach is the best for car sales. Doesn’t pressure you into adding anything you don’t want. Very informative on all vehicles. Definitely see him for your next vehicle purchase.

I have never used you for an oil change, but I decided to with a coupon for $49 full synthetic. My bill was $90 at pickup. I was disappointed that there was enough small print on an advertisement that would almost double what I anticipated on paying. I never give negative feedback and rarely miss all the fine print, so maybe it’s on me. I will say that I will not be back as I do not do business with companies that handle business like this.
