The Gallatin Ford team stayed after hours to ensure our vehicle purchases was completely satisfactory.
Came in for an oil change and they tried to sell me on $500 worth of other services, but my checklist came back all green. The staff is friendly, but I don’t appreciate leaving feeling like I’ve been scammed.
Justin Roller was a great guy and very knowledgeable. Best in his craft. Without Justin I would have been bamboozle by another used car sales man.
