This has been the absolute worst car-buying experience of my life. I live 2 hours away and worked out a deal over the phone before I went to the dealership. When I got to Gallatin Ford I discovered a huge dent in the front of the truck and the interior was disgusting and smelled like smoke. The sales manager offered to knock off the cost of repair for the dent and get it detailed while we were there. The sale process took right at 5 HOURS most of which we were waiting. T J/Gallatin Ford was very helpful and courteous and getting my oil changed and rotatemy Tires. There was a screw discoveredin one of the tires which they repaired and replaced the damaged tire with my spare. thank you, Gallatin Ford.
