Stephanie was amazing in getting my recall on our ford escape fixed. She was very attentive and timely. She also took care of servicing my F250 and getting the alignment on the tires done quickly. I appreciate her attention to detail and communication via text.

I went in to have two recalls taken care of and then an oil change. Danny is the representative who received my truck. He was very personable, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. My truck was done soon r than I expected and things couldn't have taken place any better than they did.

Bought a used Chevy 2500 from Gallatin Ford. My buying experience was great. Fedy, my salesman, did an excellent job. Fedy communicated well, and was very kind and courteous. The sales and finance team were great. The whole Sales Team worked quickly to get the sale completed, and were able to quickly resolve a couple issues that popped up during the sale process.
