Gallatin Ford does provide appointments for oil changes, which is a great improvement for the previous owners. The service writers were friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with the recent service I received at Gallatin Ford for my 22 Mach 1. After a glitch in parts delivery, my Service Advisor, Stephanie, worked tirelessly to get matters resolved and had a technician install the necessary parts at my home. I will definitely go back to Gallatin Ford for future service on my Mustang. Both Stephanie and the Service Manager deserve 5 Stars for a job well done. 👍👍
