Hello and Yes I had a great experience buying a car from Ford in Gallatin from Mike. He was great , excellent customer service skills and the over all staff was really great. Great hospitality and very spacious for seating and lounge while you get your things and business in order. The detailing is spectacular and awesome. My car was shining and so clean. Thanks Ford..
Jessica is fantastic. She’s good to work with. She kept me informed of everything that was going on. She sent me a video of the inspection. I appreciated that I asked her to check on a couple of different things and she did that Ford is a whole lot better now than the other owner was. They are lacking on service advisors and took over 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence .they have these people call me all the time to come back and get service I did and this is how I was treated. It will be awhile before I come back.

Well I contacted Fedy about a used truck and we didn't work out , that so later he reach back to me on new and we work deal great guy easy no pressure salesman found me truck quickly got it and finance guy great to deal with .when I need another vehicle or my family I will contract this dealership hands down thanks again Fedy.
