Customer service interaction inside dealer, on phone with mobile service rep, and barrage of phone calls has failed me time after time. Harassed with endless calls. Representatives brushing off my concerns onto other departments. I do not trust nor can tolerate lack of genuine customer service. This is reason I will choose another service provider. 2022 Ford F350 diesel. Display said Def Fault, and engine light cane on. Took my truck to Gallatin Ford for service. Was told two sensors on the Def system were not working. Repaired under my extended warranty. Got my truck back two days later and had problems starting it, I had both batteries checked and learned both were bad. I had asked the service advisor about the batteries when I picked up my truck and was told they were good for 4 years. The adviser became visibly frustrated the moment I asked if I could use a coupon their dealership had emailed me. She reacted with obvious irritation and even tried to scold me, as if I were a child, about when I should present the coupon.
Jenna was very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot and vehicle information. Great salesperson.
Javier and management assisted my husband and I with getting a brand new 2025 Ford Explorer. Javier was very professional and knowledgeable! Javier and the management are transparent and truly cares about what their customer needs. This will be our only go to car dealership going forward!

Serviced my 2015 since it was new. Anything that was problematic they notify me send videos to show me explain and then we decide. Shout out to Chris, Michael, Lauren and the mechanics that perform the work. My next car will probably come from this dealership. Thanks Y’all!
