We received outstanding service from the point we entered the premises. Our salesperson, Justin Roller, was amiable, courteous, and knowledgeable. His approach was very helpful, non-aggressive, and successful. The management person, Troy , was outstanding, and joy to deal with. Our interaction with the finance guy, Tyler, was speedy and efficient, An excellent experience overall!

The only downside was the amount of time it took for a simple oil change Tuesday
Employees were good. Took awhile to make deal but good deal and we like our truck. Had truck bed topper put on today it looks great

Such amazing service from Gallatin Ford! They came to my house and were able to complete my recall work, oil change and changed my filters all in ky driveway while so was able to keep working in the comfort of my own home! Thank you Ford for making my car maintenance so easy!
