The only downside was the amount of time it took for a simple oil change Tuesday
Employees were good. Took awhile to make deal but good deal and we like our truck. Had truck bed topper put on today it looks great

Such amazing service from Gallatin Ford! They came to my house and were able to complete my recall work, oil change and changed my filters all in ky driveway while so was able to keep working in the comfort of my own home! Thank you Ford for making my car maintenance so easy!

Service was great! Explained everything I asked about and was very informant. Thank you very much
I scheduled an appointment for service on 5/ 5/25. On the initial call from the service department to schedule service I explained in detail that I wanted a proper transmission service done. This included draining the existing fluid, dropping the pan, replacing the filter and filling with new fluid. I asked if they could provide that service and they assured me they could. Doesn't feel right that 2024 vehicle with 20k miles would need $800 of work performed. I feel misled. Probably will not go back.
