Dealing with my piece of crap 2012 Ford Focus The service manager has done a good job helping me deal with my crappy Ford Focus. The other employees also did a good job and were very pleasant.

Great experience! I recently bought a Ford Fusion from Miracle Ford. I dealt with the "twins", Bill and John Parker. All I can say is WOW! Charlie Piper I have got to admit this was one of the best vehicle purchases that I have ever experienced. Charlie did not push anything on me but was extremely helpful. I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman and I think that's what I liked the most.
