Charlie Piper I have got to admit this was one of the best vehicle purchases that I have ever experienced. Charlie did not push anything on me but was extremely helpful. I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman and I think that's what I liked the most.

Bill and John Parker I brought my mother in on 4-2-16 to look at a vehicle. John welcomed us to Miracle but he was busy assisting another customer so we ended up with Bill. Both of these guys are very pleasant to deal with. Bill went out of his way to help my mother with any questions she had. He was not pushy at all. She is pleased with the purchase of the 2013 Ford F150 4x4. Thank you Bill for helping my mother!!

Terrible We were going to look for a used car when we arrived we waited and walked around for 15 minutes with the sales people inside just watching us. One sales man who was helping another customer waved and seamed nice. Because we did not have money that day the salesman did not care to show us any vehicle he just stood in the lot and pointed at cars. gave us a card and walked away

Best car purchase experience we've ever had In the past 30 years, we have purchased many brands of cars from a variety of dealers throughout the U.S. and Europe. Great Experience, Expert Staff In 2012 I bought I bought a used 2011 Escape and my salesman was John Parker. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the features and functions of the vehicle. Today I went shopping for a new vehicle. I looked at several vehicles and test drove a few. I ended up purchasing a new Ford Escape Titanium 4WD. John was very helpful and he gave me the same level of service that he gave me in 2012. I was very pleased with the process and would recommend him.

Helpful Miracle Ford was helpful to my husband and I when we were in a tough situation. Jim Galvin, the owner, really got involved and spoke to us personally, which meant a lot.
