Outstanding, honest, and low pressure! Michael James was my sales person. He never pressured me, rushed me, or changed his stance to say what I wanted to hear. I truly appreciated the excellent service! Kris in finance worked really hard to keep my payment as I had requested, I'm quite certain it wasn't easy but he kept his word. I really couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!! I had visited many dealerships prior to Miracle Ford and had had just a many terrible experiences. Thank you to them all!!

Great salesman It was a great experience. Dennis was amazing, and he did not pressure is to buy right away. He took his time to explain things to us and allow me to ask questions. The finance department was great. He also took the time to explain everything. This was a positive experience.
LOVE MY NEW TAURUS I come from New York, so I was use to high pressure sales people. Miracle Ford was the complete opposite experience. They greeted me warmly and with genuine smiles. Sales Experience I recently purchased a 2016 Expedition from Dennis Lauderdale, Jr. He could not have been nicer to work with and the experience was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I knew what I wanted and he listened to me and didn't try to sell me something else. By far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Daniel Custodio, and the Miracle Ford team, did a great job of finding the exact car I wanted. They respected my desire to purchase exactly what I requested and did not pressure me to add additional features. The entire process was very timely and pain-free.

Used Vehicle Purchase Bought a used car from Miracle Ford. Salesman Mike Dodson was helpful and pleasant. I know it is buyer beware, but this is a Class A dealership (new and Used cars), so I felt pretty confident that vehicle would be reasonably decent as would paperwork transactions. Found out later that vehicle price included $1200 for a warranty, and when I questioned why I had to purchase a warranty rather than paying the lesser price for the vehicle without the warranty the finance manager said the "bank required it." ... read more
