I bought my second car from there and this time around the after the sale customer care has been lacking. My exhaust was damaged while the car was being detailed and a couple other things. I've tried to reach out to them and no response has been given.

I absolutely love my new 2016 jeep, there is no pressure signed papers and was out the door in less than a hour and half. Mark was my sales man, he was great. Dylan in finance was Great too. WE had such a good experience

The service that I received from Jimmy Walker was outstanding. He ensured that me and my wife got the best deal possible. He was courteous and professional. He showed us several cars before deciding on the one that best suited our needs. Jimmy took his time to make sure that everything was done right the first time. Dropped my jeep off at 930 for my 10am appt to fix an issue that has been going on for over a year, they had the jeep two other times for the same issue and it was still not fixed! Go to pick it up at 430, and it still was not even looked at! They were going to give me a rental and I explained that I can't see at night in a car, what does the rental company show up with but a tiny dodge dart! Absolutely ridiculous, going to try Thompson Dodge Jeep!

We've taken our 2015 Dart back to the service department a few times and I've never really had a good experience with anyone there until this past weekend. Travas made sure we were taken care of and was really nice. I will be requesting him next time for sure!

My Charger needed some extensive repair..I love that car!!..and they did the repairs quickly and keep me updated throughout the entire process. My car is as good as new thanks to the wonderful folks at Milton Ruben!! I think everyone should go there for great service!

We took our 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for the second time for the same issue- replace a faulty thermostat. That was last Thursday a.m. We called and went to the dealership Thursday and Friday we were told they were working on it. Finally Friday at about 5:30 p.m. Travis called and tells us that the thermostat housing cracked and they would have to get a new one.
