Their service department shares one brain. I dropped my truck off, it was given a diagnostic, and I was called when it was ready. In a waiting room with no line, I waited 40 minutes while the cashier sat helpless as my key hung in the hall 12 feet from her. Really inept folks, I can't trust a diagnosis from a place that runs this way. Long time customer --no more. Excellent furniture and reading material was up to date.

We didn't purchase my Dodge Journey at Milton Ruben... but the service department is EXCELLENT! They have always taken great care of us from routine oil changes to getting me in a loaner or rental vehicle when repairs took longer than a day! I pulled up in the parking lot 30 minutes before they closed with a major issue. They met me with a smile.. they were quick to get me taken care of and stayed late to get me in a very nice car, while mine is being repaired. I can't say enough about these folks!

I have been searching for weeks for a specific truck and today I found it on Milton Rubens website. I came in and told the salesman Jamie Kishida what I wanted to pay, and what financing rate I wanted after I test drove the truck. He was able to give me the price I wanted and the rate I wanted. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. There was no pressure, and no haggling over the price and rate. I would recommend dealing with Jamie to anyone.
