These people don't want to sell cars, they prefer to rip you off. I was trading in my 2010 Shelby GT 500 with only 24,000 load with navigation. My pay off for the vehicle is $35,000 and KKB valued it at $37,000. I was gonna buy a $53,000 vehicle but they only want to give me 29,000 for my pay off. There loss.

It shouldn't take over 2 hours to remove a tire and change a sensor. Terrible and I have to go to work tonight.

Titus Williams is the best service clerk in the dodge department he takes his time and tries to answer all your questions... When a person car is beening service we as human have concerns and evening rushed off phone is frustrating... Thanks Titus Williams every time I visit I only want u to service me

Service is ridiculously bad. Had to wait almost 2 hrs for a simple oil and filter change. Even a customer that got before me had the same service done ahead of me. When I claim to the service lady about it she dispositioned saying "It's not me, I will get your car as soon as they returned to me..." And BTW, this is not the first time and only time I've had service issues and delays here.

So far, it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service department at a dealership. Brought a car in that was running a bit rough and had check engine light on. Took them over 2 weeks to diagnose and repair. Cost me $900. Pick up the car and almost immediately it's doing the same thing. Took it back in and now going on the second week and it's still not diagnosed. So I'm out $900 for a "repair" that didn't fix the problem and I'm nowhere closer to finding out the real issue( but I am $900 lighter in the walle... read more
