Jason the sales man did amazing getting us in a car we wanted, Shane the sales manager was amazing in helping us resolve our previous problem and kept his word and Scott from finance worked his fingers til he got us where we wanted to be thank yall

Loved my service with Omar and Scott in the sales and finance departments, but after the sale was done, I have had the worst customer service EVER!!!! The GM and service writer in service never return calls or emails and left me with no car for 27 hours and refused to fix a problem that was caused by the bad gas that came from the dealership's above ground fuel tank! A brand new car with 57 miles on it should not sputter at start up! This dealership needs some serious work on their communication and customer service skills! ... read more

Upfront service was better this time, greeted quickly and the waiting room hospitality was a great. However, I was charged for a warranty oil change, failed to rotate tires as I asked and failed to put nitrogen in tires. Then they managed to get grease on my interior.

Had an Out the door price offered to me. I said I needed to talk to my bank on Monday, (the salesman knew from the beginning that I was using my own bank) but when I told him about Monday, he walked away and came back with $1k more on the price because I wasn't financing through them. How do you give an Out the door price, then retract it? Had a bad experience with Dennis Giles and the Internet and Financing departments. I think it's worth the drive, to leave the area for better deals and possibly honest sales people.

It is a scam they use bait and switch like tactics to get you into the store. They will have things posted and go back on deals

We've dealt with Milton Ruben for years and have always had excellent service. We just bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee from them and received the same excellent deal we've always gotten from them. I've lost count of how many Jeeps we've bought from them since our first purchase with them in 1999. John Molton is the best salesman, never any pressure, fair deal and no haggling. Oil change and wipers replacement. Appointment at 12:30 pm. It is now 2:05 pm, and I'm still waiting for it to be completed. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never come here again for something so simple.

Made an appt to have a recall fixed on the car. Only for them to tell me an hour later that they don't have the part. I made this appt on Tuesday. They could have called and told me they didn't have the parts in. Next they show where my car is and I see the trash they left!
