Waited almost 3 hours for oil change. Arrived at 9:33 left at 12:09. Had 4 people come and go that arrived after me. Only received $10 off a $55 oil change. That was disgraceful to me after sitting there for an oil change that usually takes a little less than an hour without tires getting rotated. Then watching people that arrived much later after me come and go. DO BETTER MILTON RUBEN!!!!!! DO BETTER!!! �

Thanks to THORSTEN NAPERKOWSKI I have severed a 30 year relationship (11 Vehicles purchased) with Milton Ruben Chevrolet Chrysler Jeep. You don't tell someone that a vehicle is available and then sell it out from under them before they can get to the dealership two hours later. I have been buying cars from this dealership for over 20 years. This is my 4 th car. I was so pissed � when I left there today. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a simple oil change, they charge me $56 for a oil change that I was told would be free. And all I got was mumbling about the contract but when you told me about the free oil changes I didn't get none of that information then. So tired of the service department! After several trips to have my top fixed, they told the Chrysler Jeep Customer service rep that I needed to find another dealership to go to. They would no longer work on my Jeep. Well the proplem I have was caused by them! I have been told everything from there's no leak to the door is bent to we just need to replace seals, and it's going to leak because it's a soft top.
