They had me out of there in no time. I was told I'd have up to 1.5 hr wait but I only waited 30 for an oil change and inspection. However, I wish they would run a special on battery checks because $55 to check my battery is a lot of money.

Haven’t even left the dealership yet and have to brag. Melvin in service was wonderful. Had to come to Augusta for a doctor’s appointment and my transmission light on my 2016 Cherokee came on. I made it to Augusta and service got me in right away. Melvin gave me an in-depth explanation; nothing serious was wrong, and they even pumped up my tires, too! A+++, Milton Reuben!

Bought 2014 Honda Accord EX & car was as advertised.Had a great experience working with Lamar Jonson on the deal.Originally found the car on Autotrader & Lamar held the car until we could make it to the dealership 4 days later.Paperwork & financing were a breeze.Only issue I had was finding the tires were worn badly from misalignment when I got back home 250 miles away; but they took care of replacing the tires & alignment.Would definitely buy another car from this dealership.Great service even after the sale !

I bought a Dodge ram in may this year from M R and received excellent service from everybody, they serviced and cleaned it and checked every thing before I received it. The only thing I didnt get was an extra key fob, even though I was promised one. Every vehicle I have ever purchased has come with at least two keys, but so far ( 3mo. later) I still have not received a second key at no charge with purchase of vehicle. I tend to misplace keys and I need a back-up. Thank you
I really hate coming up here for repairs and calling for appointment... Everytime i call to set up a appointment to get my car fix or oil change they can't see me for 2 or 3 weeks because they are book. Now this is million dollar company they should have Manpower.... So when your day finally come to get your car fix, you'll wait time is like five to six hours.. This is really bad.. When you have kids and this is your only vehicle... I hate this place....

Had a oil change and service, in less than a half hour with three kids with me, that's from the time we pulled up until the time we pulled out. Service was great, I have recall on my Dodge Journey, on the navigation system, radio system. Service department said it would take about 3 hours to do. I would have to make a appointment. If I wanted a car for the day it would cost $35.00. Hard to believe you have to pay for a car , or set for 3 hours, while they fix a factor recall problem? But I guess that's Dodge thing ?
