I had an appointment scheduled for 10:07am with Milton Ruben Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I arrived at 10am. Freddie was my service advisor that came to get my vehicle and information. I was not told about the diagnostic charge of $110 when I made the appointment and was told when I arrived. Kimberly, when Joe left our dealership yesterday our General Manager was under the impression that the situation had been resolved. Our GM, Robbie, offered him a full set of take off tires, from a new vehicle. The only charge for this offer was the cost to put the tires on and balance them. Your boyfriend decided that he did not want those particular tires and that he would purchase tires from an online source. Big thank you to Jason at Milton Ruben. Easiest process i purchasing an SUV! Jason looked out for my family, had the vehicle completely serviced and issues fixed i didn’t even realize . It felt like a new SUV pulling out of the lot. Not to mention, the bank valued the SUV almost $6000 more than the price we settled on! No comparison to any other dealership. I was at the dealership a few weeks ago just browsing. Charles Wills approached me in a calm nice manner asking if I needed help. I proceeded to tell him that I was just looking at the moment but he insisted that he show me the inside of the vehicle I was interested in. We ended up driving three cars. He was very patient. I plan to buy within the next couple of months. I will definitely be buying from Charles at Milton Ruben.
Why do the have appointments? A 9:37 appointment have turned into probably an 11:30 appointment. The car is not even in the shop. The is an extremely poor way to have customer service. The sad part is I bought the oil changes when I purchased the car. I wish I could get a refund for that.
