The guy i delt with was very nice i had no issues with him at all but i will say im beyond done with Milton ruben i boufht a 2016 dodge journey and kerp having tge same issue with it this is tge 4th its in the shop with this isdue uygghhhhhh soooooo frustrating
the issue with my brake light coming on was repaired. The waiting area is nice.

Service department very disappointing. I purchased a new ram and have had it up there twice for small stuff but never fix any of it . Have to take to Aiken to get stuff fixed . Never buy from them again. Made complaints with manager and not a word just bring it back sir we will fix it next time. I live a hour away. Really lol just bring it back

Please if your in the Augusta area please save yourself some time and don't shop here they are very rude disrespectful one of the financial manager was yelling and hung phone up when I asked to speak to someone above him because he didn't relay all of the information we needed...They just want your money....

Jeremy Koon is an excellent sales associate. Very knowledgeable on features and provided timely contacts and follow up via our preference media. (Texting ) He is the reason it was the first time I signed for two NEW vehicles in the same week.

Milton Ruben strikes again. My jeep will not crank so I call service. The girl was very rude and said they could not fix it until the 14th, this is unacceptable for one. When I asked for a rental car, she just snapped and asked if I wanted the appointment or not. I paid for the extended service plan which covers towing and when I asked she just said they don't have a towing company and transferred me to someone else.
